My little helpers!

A green juice is always good for your health. I was hoping by them helping they would be more inclined to try it. It worked for 2 out of 3 :)
 
In case you are interested in trying it:
a bunch of kale
a bunch of spinach
3 green apples
a bunch of parsley
3-4 stalks of celery
a cucumber
1/2 a lemon
a tiny piece of ginger
This will make enough for 3-4 people to be refreshed, cut it back if you don't need as much or store in air tight jar for 1-2 days.
