About Me

A little about me:

   I love all things health and wellness, with a huge passion for nutrition. But most of all I love to move my body. It makes me feel great and alive. I love all kinds of movement, walking, running, group classes, HIIT, dancing, and I really love pilates.

 

   I have always loved sports and been active. I was a gymnast for 17 years, including competing on the Canadian National team. This love of movement has transferred over to my adult life with more of a focus on health and well being. I love providing exercise that is fun and effective but doesn't feel like torture. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly, and the small class sizes allow for customizing and interaction. Great friendships have been formed in my classes!

     I am certified through Body Harmonics and have been teaching classes for 8 years. I have furthered my knowledge in Pilates for Osteo and Prenatal. Pilates made a world of a difference in my pregnancies before, during, and after!

     Life is busy but we cannot forget to take care of ourselves. Reserve a little time for you. Come move your body! There is always room for movement!
