Fall Session starts soon!

We are back at it!
After a great summer full of holidays, cottages, BBQs, appetizers, parks, drinks, etc you may be feeling like you need to start taking care of your body...or you may wish summer would last forever :)   Either way, taking some time to move your body will make you feel great! Here is the fall schedule.


Fall Session
Sept.13th-Dec.20th
 
Tuesdays 4:15-5:05pm-Restoralates


                5:15-6:05pm-Intermediate pilates
             
                6:16-7:05pm-Mixed level pilates

14 week=$168
